About the author
I, Richard Talley Ph.D. relate my experiences from childhood to adulthood as a person with multiple racial ancestries encountering racism, exclusion, and othering by monoracial people. An interesting fact is that I was expelled from college because I could not spell because of severe dyslexia. I overcame that challenge and earned a B.S in Biology, a BA in Medical technology, A master’s in psychology and a Ph.D. in psychology.
Born Between the Lines is more than a story, it highlights challenges many multiracial people may experience.
